The Annual Meeting venues are located within walking distance from each other.
The EBRD are now working with BCD Meetings & Events and HotelMap* to suggest hotels for your stay in Sarajevo.
You will be able to to book your accommodation once you have finalised your registration for the Annual Meeting by selecting "Add Hotel" at the end of the process. If you are already registered, you may want to re-visit your registration and add a hotel booking.
*Any hotel reservation for accommodation will be between you and the third party supplier, and the EBRD are not responsible for such hotel reservation in any way. The EBRD does not supply any personal data to such third party supplier.
A shuttle bus service for Annual Meeting participants will be provided from the airport to the official AM hotels on 5-8 May according to flight arrival times. Upon arrival, please report to the AM Transport Desk at the Arrivals Hall (ground side) for information on the next bus.

Visa Application Process for EBRD Annual Meeting Participants
All persons attending the Annual Meeting should check whether they need a visa in advance of travelling to Bosnia and Herzegovina as no visa will be given at the airport.
Exceptions apply according to types of passport (ordinary, service or diplomatic) and valid Schengen visa, UK or US visa/residence permit already granted. Please always check if a visa is still required.
As at January 2019, of all EBRD member states, only Armenia, Belarus, Egypt, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyz Republic, Lebanon, Mongolia, Morocco, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan passport holders should need a visa.
Please note that Bosnia and Herzegovina has kindly agreed to offer a no-fee visa to all participants who hold a passport from one of the EBRD countries.
Procedures are in place to facilitate the visa application process for Annual Meeting participants. Please bear in mind the following points when planning your participation:
Accredited diplomatic missions and consulates of Bosnia and Herzegovina worldwide have been informed about the EBRD Annual Meeting. Any visa will be charged at the current rate for passport holders whose country is not a member of the EBRD.
Annual Meeting participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Those persons requiring visas should apply in good time to the Bosnia and Herzegovina Embassy or consulate in their country of residence or, in the absence of a diplomatic mission, in a neighbouring country.
The visa application can be lodged by a third party, by courier or by post (with a stamped envelope for the return). No interview is required.

Procedure for the Submission of Visa applications
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has kindly agreed to reduce the number of enclosures for visa applications for all participants travelling to Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Annual Meeting of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development AS LONG AS the visa application contained the print-out of the confirmation of registration email or Visa Support Letter provided by the EBRD.

Business Guest Meeting Rooms at the Annual Meeting
Five meeting rooms will be available for business guests to book over the three days of the Annual Meeting (Tuesday 07, Wednesday 08 and Thursday 09 May 2019). These five rooms are called “Meet-a-Banker” meeting rooms. They have a capacity of ten people each and are located on levels 2 and 3 of the Council of Ministers’ Tower, within walking distance of the Parliamentary Assembly building which is the main hub of the 2019 Annual Meeting campus in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
These meeting rooms can be booked for a maximum slot of thirty minutes through the EBRD Information Desk located on the ground floor in the Parliamentary building or by filling in the attached form and sending it to AMMeetingRequests@ebrd.com
